We Are Sometimes Cool.

This is me and my bff, Olivia (we're not always that sexy). I must admit, we are pretty cool. Well, at least WE think so. To illustrate...

We have this friend, Kaitlin, who LOVES pictures. A few weeks ago, when livy came to visit, we were facebook stalking and noticed that Kaitlin was a mere 16 photos shy of having 2000 pictures tagged! We felt the need to help the cause, so we added 16 pictures of her...with the help of our wit and picasa, here are some of the results:

♥ Valentine's Day♥

ok, so i know all i ever do on here is brag about how great jacob is, BUT given the recent holiday... i think i have a good an extra excuse this time. ok to the point..

On valentine's morning I woke up to this amazing breakfast just waiting for me on my kitchen table:

He came over a few hours later and brought me these beautiful flowers and of course chocolate (he knows me well!) He also got me a cute ctr ring and some good-smelling lotion from anthropologie that doesnt give me a headache (many fragrances do).

Then he took me to the ballet at capitol theatre in SLC. It was amazing!

Afterwards, we ate dinner at a place called Noodles (also where we went on our first date) and then made valentine cookies.

Favorites

Here are some of my favorite things these days:

A) Beating Jacob and Robert (his roommate) at mario cart


B) The Dinosaur museum

C) Saturday morning running and pilates with Devo and Audra (the following pose is one that we actually have to do with the video.. i have to do a shout-out to emmalee and her "beauty and the beast" dance each and every time.)

973) Sunbelt granola bars. They are the best kinda of granola bars. no question.

Yesterday, Feb. 2, I turned 18 and a half. When I got home from school, I found this on my table:

'Tis the Season

Though this holiday season doesn't feel quite as "christmassy" away from home, finals are gross, and a white chritmas is more of a nightmare of mine than a dream, I'm still finding ways to enjoy it. On Saturday we all went to see the temple lights in Salt Lake which was cool(I still like Mesa's better). Then on Sunday, me and my roomies were feeling pretty crafty so we decorated the apartment with our very limited resources. The result was lights hanging everywhere and the transformation of our TV stand into a fireplace. Don't get jealous..

On Monday, Jacob got us a real live Christmas tree! Who's ever heard of such a thing?! Our decorations for that were pretty limited as well, so we began stringing the popcorn.

The finished product...it even smells good.
